I can't tell you how many books I've read, courses I've taken, and techniques I've tried in an attempt to finally "crack the code" of this whole manifestation thing. While I appreciate each and every moment of my journey and accept radical responsibility for the creation of it all... A lot of it still sucked, because I didn't know what I didn't know.

And what I didn't know was that all along I had the answers, and all along I had the power.

It's like this:

As long as we are looking outside of ourselves for the answers/solutions/action to take/change to make, we are literally giving our power away and we are going to remain stuck in a runner-chaser dynamic with our desires. 

I was in that runner-chaser dynamic for years of my life and I was constantly stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, unhealthy romantic relationships, feast/famine cycles with money, and inconsistent results in business; I had an unhealthy relationship with food, the gym, and my body, I was constantly anxious, struggling with depression, and desperate for any relief whatsoever.

I had learned about the Law of Attraction really early on (high school/early in college). I had taken countless manifestation & mindset courses. I was in therapy. I journaled for hours a day and recited affirmations til I wanted to scream. I tried every technique in the book. 

I tried to do the work and feel good all the time and was constantly guilty over the fact that I just didn't and so, of course, that was the "reason" I wasn't able to manifest what I wanted... right? 

I just wanted to be fucking happy and finally have the life, business, and income that I wanted and KNEW I deserved, while finally being able to have the impact that I desired on a large scale.

And then... I found the Law of Assumption. 

Wait... What?

What do you mean everything is simply mirroring me and I don't actually have to worry about literally anything except changing myself if I want something different?

Holy shit. Mind blown. 

I started studying the Law with every ounce of energy that I had. I integrated my training I received as a certified coach with everything I had learned in my Psychology master's program, 10+ years of therapy, and 10+ years of working with clients on their habits, mindset, and behavior change in various areas of their lives into a simple, straightforward, no-BS system that actually... works. 

And my entire life changed. 

I was able to heal my relationship with food and alcohol, lost over 30 pounds, healed and brought my masculine and feminine energy into balance, finally shut down a business that wasn't serving me, started speaking my truth and grew my online presence, transformed my relationship with money, and created a program that teaches my system to those who are ready to finally ditch the fucking manifestation burnout cycle of endless techniques and trying to gaslight yourself into feeling happy and good all the time.
