Nope! While a lot of my students identify with anxious spiraling, this program is designed for anyone who finds themselves stuck in reactive patterns in love OR other areas of their lives.

That includes shutting down, withdrawing, overanalyzing, or flipping between anxious and avoidant behaviors. Spiraling to Secure teaches you how to regulate your nervous system, rewire old patterns, and step into a secure version of yourself, whether your default is spiraling, shutting down, or both.

Does this only work if I’m focused on a specific person?

Not at all. While many people join because they feel stuck on a specific person, the tools inside Spiraling to Secure are designed to help you shift your patterns and show up as secure in any relationship, whether you’re single, dating, or already partnered.
